 About the instructor:
My name is Jessica Metz. I am a 20 year old college student. I competed as a varsity cheerleader for three years in high school and helped organized cheerleading and gymnastics competitions. I have also competed as a gymnast for 14 years. I have coached in both sports and ran several camps under supervision and as a supervisor. I was selected as a cheerleader for a semi-professional basket-ball team in Northwest Indiana. Also, I have completed coaching classes at Indiana University. During my tenure as a cheerleader and gymnast, I have choreographed many routines.
